Fly Fishing Lanyards
All of my lanyards are made with free-range leathers from deer and elk that were legally hunted and used for their meat. A portion of the proceeds from each sale goes to support wildlife conservation.
My fly fishing lanyards are designed to move with your body but stay out of the way even when netting fish! Each is cut by hand, then wax infused and corded. Cordage is an ancient spiral braiding technique known for its combination of strength, beauty and durability. I use Irish waxed linen for the wrap and hand-dye bone beads with coffee, tea and walnut hulls to decorate the fringe. Tippet and stabilizer bars are also bone and hand-dyed with walnut hull.
Damn It Rick! $250+
These are individually made to order. There is a 1- 2 month lead time. Let me know if you are in a hurry for any reason. I can give you an estimated ship date before you order.
If you are purchasing as a gift, I can send a gift card to notify the recipient their lanyard is on order. You can choose the model, color and fringe style for them or they can let me know when they receive their gift card.
